Middlebury Farmers' Market
Local vegetables, food, and crafts.
Debit / EBT
EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) cards are used to administer financial assistance and food stamps in Vermont, and the Middlebury Farmers' Market has provided this valuable service since 2008. The EBT card, similar to a debit card, allows the user to access his/her foodstamp account and other benefits electronically. Many farmers markets in Vermont today, and in other states, accept EBT cards.
Customers who qualify for assistance can now swipe their EBT cards at the Middlebury Farmers' Market for produce, meat, dairy and baked goods.
Our market also accepts debit cards.
